Why Smart City Tutors?

We believe that every student has the ability to reach his/her fullest potential. To that end, our goal is to serve students on an individualized level to achieve success. Our highly targeted tutoring sessions help students focus on study habits that will enhance their skill sets, reduce frustration and build a lifelong love of learning.

The field of tutoring is highly populated, but we believe that our edge is in having a solid team of educators who understand specialized private and public schools throughout the city. We also understand the communities, the curriculum and the population they serve. We are committed to making our service meet each student’s need and welcome any opportunity to interact with your child’s teachers and/or specialists to help shape your child’s educational experience. We also believe that parents are partners in this process, and therefore provide you with weekly written notes and 15 minute conversations once every session is complete.
